The food you eat can help you turn back the clock on your skin.
Eating healty can help reduce or delay wrinkles from appearing and also helps  to restore your skin’s elasticity.
Foods To Eat:
Eggs, white meat, avocadoes, fruits, vegetables especially dark green leafy vegetables especially when raw. Combine carrots, beetroot, green pepper cucumber, tomatoes, red cabbage and watercress, which is especially useful in reversing wrinkles.
For carbohydrates eat: oatmeal, brown bread, brown chapatis and pancakes, brown rice, brown ugali, sweet potatoes, arrowroots.
For your beverages, include green tea, soya tea, cocoa, and black tea. Limit or avoid sugar.
Use any of the following oils to cook: extra virgin coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, soya oil, corn oil, sesame oil, and peanut oil.
Drink eight glasses of water daily. 
Foods To Avoid:
Milk and other dairy products, coffee, sugar, sodas, artificial juices.
If you include these foods in your daily diet, you will look younger for longer without the need for plastic surgery
