Mindfulness meditation is best simply because it relaxes mind
and body on top of the many health benefits it has been proven to bring. Meditation
involves taking a deep breath and relaxing. You can do it to calm muscles after a morning
jog or just relax when you want to think
over a serious issue .you are supposed to spend at least 3-4 minutes, 3 times a day, nothing crazy, but effective.
Apart from the physiological benefit that is experienced
from meditating, the spiritual and psychological benefits are the ones which are
vital for someone.
Meditation helps
someone to keep it cool.
If you are a short-tempered fella and usually get very
agitated with little things like power blackout, water shortages and also
wastes time beefing with hater’s online, meditation and yoga will help you to
never become angry, never hate, get stress, ugly, doubt, and you will get away
with anxiety. You will always see the glass half full, and not half empty no
matter the situation, there is always a lesson to learn and learning is good.
Meditation also helps one calm down whenever nervous before
doing a presentation or doing something else in front of a big crowd.
How to Meditate
There are so many ways to meditate but the most effective
one is ;
sit up-right
comfortably in a chair or on the ground cross-legged (yoga mat or blanket or
towel or caret will do)
breath deeply for 5
seconds trying not to think about much but if thoughts do come, let it be…I
always say, ‘Think about your thoughts’
Hold your breath
for another 5 seconds
Repeat this for
at least a minute, 3 times a day and you will thank me later
