MIXED VEGETABLE SALAD



One of the easiest ways to improve your overall health is to add raw vegetables to your daily diet.
Raw vegetables are rich in nutrients and anti-oxidants. Try to consume them at least three times a week on their own or combined with other foods.

 
After one month, you will note that your energy levels have increased, your eyes will be sparkling and your hair, skin, and nails will have improved. 
 
Below is a simple recipe and a method on how to prepare a  mixed vegetable salad in
20 minutes which is enough to be taken by 4 person
INGREDIENTS:


METHOD:
Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil for 10 minutes. Slice the tomatoes and cucumber. Grate the carrots and cut the green pepper into strips.
Peel and slice the onion into rings, and tear the lettuce. Cut the olives, if using into half.
Arrange all the ingredients onto a large platter and sprinkle with pepper. Place the olive on top.
Combine the olive oil, vinegar, salt, yoghurt, dhania, and rosemary. Blend well and pour the dressing over the salad. Slice the boiled egg and use it to garnish the salad.
