In most countries Water is the second utmost popular drink from soft drinks. This raises serious concerns since most soft drinks are health hazards from the sugary they contains, this sugars increases ones risk of getting stroke,  obesity, and many other heart problems. For this reason, water should be taken in large amounts in order to ensure that the level of the fluid in the body is well balanced.
